Company Profile

Mashpee Commons is comprised of a group of land-use practitioners who share the common goal of creating exemplary mixed use, commercial, residential, and conservation-oriented development projects based upon traditional architectural and land-use principles. Unwavering attention to this goal, combined with an acute level of attention to detail in every aspect of the project, from design through financing and construction has resulted in Mashpee Commons becoming a nationally and internationally recognized example of smart growth and traditional town center development.

The principals of Mashpee Commons LP have assisted a broad range of investors and land owners in identifying, coordinating and implementing their goals through the creation of mixed-use and conservation-oriented development programs for a variety of sites. It‘s affiliate company, Cornish Associates, has an extensive portfolio of award winning projects representing both new construction and a significant portfolio of residential units in historic buildings that they have renovated in Providence Rhode Island. While the ownership may vary the goals are invariably the same -- providing a successful development program based upon traditional land use planning principals while meeting the unique financial and personal goals of the parties involved.
